Located in the heart of Funchal, part of Madeira’s newest shopping mall. This 5 star Design Hotel member stands near the town’s historic centre, cathedral and harbour. ACCOMMODATION

Each of the 79 rooms and suites offer the perfect blend of top end amenities, high-tech facilities and views of the city or harbour. Deluxe Superior rooms have a walk-in shower and the slightly larger Deluxe Prestige rooms have either twin beds or a king size bed and a generous size bath as well as a walk-in shower. Grand Deluxe rooms have a king size bed and offer a sitting area. Junior Suites are naturally larger with a sitting area, upgraded bathroom amenities and can take an extra bed for a child. All rooms offer free safe, free Wi-fi, satellite TV, mini-bar, air-conditioning, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Room service is also available 24 hours and some rooms inter-connect. For added luxury and space there are Design Suites. Due to the design and location of The Vine, none of the rooms have balconies, but all offer full length glass windows. For those in need of a little something extra, The Vine also offers in-room check-in and a welcome massage when booking one of their award winning suites, to ensure that guests can begin the process of rejuvenation as soon as possible.
